A customer loyalty formula for hotels offering rooms that incorporate “Soul spas.”
The objective is to share with guests a mental, emotional, and spiritual hygiene training program called Mindkidness, which begins at the hotel and continues at home.
Mindkidness is inspired by the teachings of Mindvalley and its 6-phase meditation, followed by millions in the USA.
The training
It consists of 3 complementary parts:
Mindfunginess: 40 sessions focused on personal development
Mindfunness: 20 training sessions on the simple 6-phase meditation
Mindgymness: 10 months of training to learn how to change habits and share experiences with the conversational assistant, which learns from each interaction.
The experience
Upon arrival, the guest finds a personal pyramid in the room, placed either on the floor or on the bed (as decided by the hotel), with automated lighting, a special cork meditation seat, Bang & Olufsen noise-canceling headphones, and a neurofeedback headband.
Guests receive an email invitation to download the Mindkidness App and instructions to start their 1-year training program.

Customers learn about the option of booking Soul Spas when they go to accommodation sales platforms and see conscious (special) rooms advertised, which take them to the hotel’s website to find out more.

Mindhotelness is an impact initiative that has emerged in the Poco2h ecosystem, a non-profit association whose cause is the reduction of the CO2 and H2O footprint, which has found its way in the fight against rural depopulation and regenerative tourism. to reduce environmental footprint.

The training that hotel clients purchase allows us to offer free training to people who are incarcerated or in the process of reintegration and their families, for which we collaborate with the Obra Mercedaria Foundation, which is in charge of accompanying more than 5,000 prisoners in Spain, Guatemala, Mozambique, Venezuela, El Salvador and Panama.
