Mindforestness Program

Before Coming to the Forest
We will have contacted you via email to learn more about your needs. You can share your children’s ages, whether you’d like them to participate in the program with you or if you need someone to take care of them. Let us know about any dietary intolerances or breakfast preferences, any habits we should be aware of, whether you have pets, or any other details that could help us make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Friday Afternoon
Welcome and a detailed explanation of the program upon arrival. The experience begins with Session I of Mindfunginess, a walk through the forest where you will explore the theory of habit change. As the evening unfolds, you will participate in a Mindfoodness session during dinner, enjoying microbiome-friendly dishes while blindfolded to heighten your sense of taste. The night concludes with a sensory concert performed by the plants of the forest, under the starlit sky.

Saturday Morning
A breakfast designed for you, tailored to your preferences and needs. The morning begins with the first Mindfunness session, featuring the Six-Phase Meditation, setting the tone for a mindful and transformative day.
Afterward, you will head to the foothills of Almanzor for a Laughter Yoga session, specially designed by us based on Hatha Yoga techniques, helping you learn how to generate spontaneous laughter on your own.
During the walk through the forest to and from Almanzor, you will engage in Sessions II and III of Mindfunginess, deepening your understanding of habit transformation while immersing yourself in the healing power of nature.

Saturday Midday
Experience Session II of Mindfoodness with a picnic in the forest, designed to enhance your connection with food and nature.
Afterward, enjoy a siesta, either in the cabin or in the forest—wherever you feel most comfortable.
The midday session concludes with Session II of Mindfunness, a meditation practice to help you center yourself and prepare for the rest of the day.

Saturday Afternoon
Engage in a guided writing session in the forest, using your notebook and pencil to reflect on the insights gained from your Mindfunginess sessions. This exercise will help you focus on your potential habit changes and personal transformation.
Following this, you will participate in Session III of Mindfunness, a meditation designed to reinforce your progress and deepen your connection with the journey of change.

Saturday Night
Session III of Mindfoodness, accompanied by a concert of the trees or mushrooms of the forest under the starlit sky

Sunday Morning
Breakfast, followed by Session IV of Mindfunness (meditation). Then, a walk towards Almanzor for a yoga session, with the final Mindfunginess sessions practiced along the way there and back.

Sunday Midday
Session IV of Mindfoodness with a picnic in the forest, followed by a siesta, either at home or in the forest.

Sunday Afternoon
Session V of Mindfunness (meditation), followed by the initial and final session of Mindgymness, where we will guide you on how to continue the training at home to transform your habits and achieve extraordinariness.

Detail 1: The
Mindfunness Sessions
They last about 30 minutes and take place either in a copper pyramid with the magical proportions of Khufu or under the shade of chestnut trees, accompanied by binaural music that you listen to with your own headphones.

Detail 2: The
Mindfoodness Sessions
They take place around ultra-healthy meals tailored to you, as a picnic at midday and seated outdoors for dinner. If you would like a snack or an afternoon treat in between, just let us know in the form we will send you in advance.

The Mindfunginess Sessions
They last 10 minutes each, and we will chain several together at your discretion. They take place as guided walks through the forest, where you will listen through your own headphones, interspersed with concerts of birdsong and the sound of flowing water from the gorges.

Activities and Sessions
with Children
They are designed with you, considering your children’s age and willingness to walk through the forest. Don’t worry—if you prefer them to stay in our care, our experts in Waldorf and Montessori methodologies will look after them, using games to reveal the secrets of the forest. If appropriate, they will also introduce them to the meditation path we have designed specifically for children.

Things You Need
You need to bring headphones, comfortable footwear, and a willingness to let your inner child roam free through our forest of gorges, chestnut trees, and oaks.
