Luis Cifuentes Muntadas
Hello. I am almost 70 years old and a self-taught seeker of transcendence, spirituality, and consciousness engineering. The natural wisdom that comes with my age, along with my experience as a parent of three and grandparent of three, is enriched by decades of inner exploration.
My journey has led me to live in diverse and spiritually rich environments, from the Quirimbas Islands in the Indian Ocean to the forests of the Montes de Málaga, the Monasterio de Piedra, where I was also raised, and now the Sierra de Gredos, where I currently reside.
Throughout my life journey, I have learned Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness, Shinrin Yoku (Forest Bathing), brainwave measurement during meditation, raw vegan cuisine, conscious eating, the Fadiman method for microdosing magic mushrooms, music generation from plants, and even Laughter Yoga.As the culmination of my experiences, I have developed my own consciousness engineering technique: Mindkidness.
In my previous life, when I lived for Doing and Having, I was a serial entrepreneur and, in recent years, a social entrepreneur. Along this journey, I stumbled several times, and my bankruptcies led me to break the rules of “M” that society imposes on us, only to rise again with even greater strength.
These experiences have crystallized into a life transformation training, based on connecting with our consciousness and spirituality. It is inspired by the philosophy of Guru Vishen Lakhiani and his Mindvalley movement, which has millions of followers in the USA.
The training I have designed to share my life journey with others is called Mindkidness. It is inspired by the fantastic book by Vishen Lakhiani, The Code of the Extraordinary Mind.
This methodology, combined with the music of magic mushrooms and binaural sounds, has inspired this innovative technique of mental, emotional, and spiritual hygiene for both children and adults who seek to harmonize with their inner child.
